Comfortable holiday home with fenced garden, CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND, SWIMMING POOL and TRAMPOLINE The space In the building on the ground floor: entrance hall, common room (seating, BVTV, O2 TV, paid TV programs, WIFI, Playstation 4K game console, radio) with kitchenette (fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, glass ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, seating, dishwasher, toaster), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine), 1x six-bed room (2x double bed, extra bed). On the first floor: 3x triple rooms (always 1x double bed and 1x folding bed - extra bed), 1x double room (1x double bed + possible cot), 1x bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, 1x separate toilet and sink. Heating: solid fuels - fireplace, electric heaters - electric boiler heating. It is possible to charge electric cars right at the house (we recommend writing in the Note that you have an electric car when ordering). At the building: above-ground swimming pool (diameter 3.5 m) July - August, outdoor terrace, covered veranda with barbecue, fenced garden, slide, sandpit, children's playground, trampoline, ski/bicycle room, fireplace with spacious seating, parking for 5 to 7 vehicles, nearest swimming option: at the house, outdoor swimming pool – Klingenthal 4 km, aquapark Schöneck 16 km, lake Michal Sokolov 27 km, aquapark Sokolov 27 km, aquaforum Františkovy Lázně 35 km, restaurant: 500 m and 2 km, shop: from 500 m, train: 1 km SKIING: Ski resort Krajka - 3 minutes by car, then there is Ski resort Saporo - 5 minutes by car. These are both smaller family resorts with refreshments downstairs (we can't guarantee refreshments, it's up to the ski resort operator), then there is the larger Olověných vrch, which is 5 minutes (4 km) by car. Furthermore, ski Stříbrná 6 minutes by car (3 km), where there are also cross-country ski tracks on the top. Other things to note Not included in the price: refundable deposit, tourist fees for the municipality, electricity, water and during the weekend stay cleaning is paid on the spot: 800,-CZK.
