Guest access This property offers a comfortable and convenient stay with a wide range of amenities thoughtfully prepared for guests. Upon arrival, each guest is provided with one face towel and one body towel for the duration of their stay, along with a single set of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as well as a toothbrush accompanied by one small complementary tube of toothpaste. Guests are encouraged to use the in-unit laundry machines to wash their towels during their stay. The main bathroom features both a bath and a shower for relaxation, with an additional shower room on the second floor. There are two western-style toilets on each floor equipped with washlet and bidet functions enhances comfort. A hair dryer is available for personal grooming. The living space is climate-controlled by a wall-mounted air conditioning unit that cools the room in summer and heats it in winter, and fixed broadband Wi-Fi ensures reliable internet access. An HD television is provided with connection to Japanese terrestrial channels, and guests are invited to use their own streaming devices and accounts. Entertainment options also include a mini-ping pong table and a massage chair for recreation. In the kitchen area, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a rice cooker, a kettle for boiling water, and an induction heat cooker are available, allowing guests to prepare a variety of meals. A clothes iron, baby bed, baby car, or push chair is not available, and the property does not offer bed sheet changes, extra blankets, or additional beds, futons, or mattresses. Changes to the room layout or relocation of beds are not accommodated. Daily cleaning services are not provided; trash collection is available only for stays of seven days or more and must be requested in advance, subject to staff availability. Fresh towels are not replenished during the stay, heated flooring is not installed, and while a small amount of toothpaste is given at check-in, further supplies will need to be purchased by guests. Other things to note Before booking, please note: 1. Due to health and safety, we no longer provide salt, pepper, oil, or seasonings in the room. You can purchase them at a nearby store. 2. We don’t allow parties or loud gatherings as it’s a residential area. Neighbors may complain, and we may ask guests to leave. Please respect the neighborhood. 3. Please be careful on the stairs. There is no elevator in the property so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs between the first and second floors. 4. There is strictly no parking on the street. Please check online for a nearby paid parking lot. 5. Please take care when using the outdoor sauna and the jacuzzi. Guests are free to use the sauna at their own risk, but we ask our guests to please take care when using the facilities. Do not use the sauna if you are feeling unwell and discontinue use immediately if you are feeling light-headed or uncomfortable during use. Please refrain from using the sauna if you are elderly, pregnant, intoxicated, or suffering from any major health issues or heart conditions. We must ask that children remained supervised at all times and are prohibited from using the sauna for health and safety reasons. The door to the sauna closes quickly so there is a risk that young children may get trapped inside.
