Built in 1946 and restored in 1987, the house is distributed on one floor and has the following rooms: - Living room with electric fireplace, smart TV and stereo. - Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. - Three double rooms with heating and air conditioning. All rooms are accessible. A cot is available. - Two full bathrooms with shower tray. - The exterior of the house has a beautiful patio with swings and a garden with a built-in barbecue, surrounded by numerous fruit trees, vines and a small ecological greenhouse. In addition, the large solarium area with sun loungers, parasol and pool bar with kitchen (grill) and swimming pool with air conditioning option stand out for a cost of €30 per day to be paid on arrival. To ensure child safety, this area is delimited by an external fence with a gate.
