The space The apartment is quietly located in the basement and offers you two bedrooms inside, a cozy living/dining area and a small, practical kitchenette - as well as a spacious terrace adjacent to the living and dining area and covered - overlooking the orchard meadow directly on the property. However, the real highlight begins outside: a large garden with fruit trees, berry bushes and many roses invites you to relax, snack and breathe. The spacious terrace offers plenty of space for long breakfasts, barbecues and quiet moments in the countryside. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment, the large terrace and the entire garden. The front area with orchard meadow, roses and berry bushes is ideal for relaxing, snacking and lingering – and leads directly from the terrace into nature. In the rest of the garden, of course, you can also move freely, walk, look and enjoy. Some functional areas such as garage, shed and the 2nd floor of the house are used privately. The barbecue is freely available at any time. A private parking space right next to the terrace makes arrival and departure particularly comfortable. Other things to note - The apartment is in the basement (ceiling height: 1.90 m). - Free Wi-Fi for guests is available. - Washing is possible on request, but costs 10 euros per wash; there is no separate washing machine in the apartment - There is no electric tumble dryer; the clothes dryer in the garden can be used on request - Dogs/pets are allowed at no extra charge, but are not allowed on the upholstered furniture or in bed. - A barbecue is available - please organize your own charcoal or wood. - On the property lives a friendly dog who likes to say "hello." - There is a private parking space on the property; a few meters next to the terrace of the apartment and another, if needed, next to the owner's garage - Electric cars can be charged on request at a 400 V three-phase socket or 230 V Schuko socket; insofar as a charger is brought (0.50 EUR per kWh) - The apartment is not barrier-free: access with key via a staircase with 6 steps; at least one threshold must still be overcome via the terrace.
