Welcome to LubuNest4 - our exceptionally spacious and family-friendly apartment in the center of Ludwigsburg. The stylish attic apartment is located in a lovingly preserved listed building that combines historic charm with modern living comfort. Thanks to the generous layout, the apartment offers plenty of space for families and groups. Centrally located, you can easily walk to cafés, restaurants, shopping and attractions. The granite bathroom has two entrances and is equipped with a bathtub, a rain shower, two sinks and 2 toilets. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 cozy hotel box spring single beds per room and a king size box spring bed. One room is a walk-through room. In the living room there is a sofa bed with mattress and slatted frame (140 x 190). In the living and dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven.
