Our suite is warm and cozy. In the summer you have access to the 18’ Round pool. All year round access to clean sanitary Hot Tub. A great way to relax The space Our basement suite is well lit and fresh. You have access to a single bedroom with a brand new mattress and pillows. If needed we can give you a blow up mattress for an extra guest but we all know they ALL leak so not the best. If needed the couch has 2 recliners that can be slept on. There is a 50” TV with streaming services. Kitchen is fully equipped just no oven. Crock pots, rice cooker, air fryer and hot plate get the job done. Absolutely no smoking in the suite. You are welcome to smoke outside. Please no weed on premises Guest access Guests can park right beside house and have access to the back yard with hot tub, bbq, and fas fire pit. Entry is by fob or code. Suite has its own lock Other things to note We have two Springer spaniels that will bark everyone they see you. It’s like they never even saw you 4 min ago when you left. They do not bite and are very friendly once they get the bark out. They have a dog door that leads to your area but again if you meet them outside just say “Hi Blu Hi Red” and wait for them to stop barking. They may even bring you a stuffed animal
