Suite with private bathroom, double bed, ceiling fan, closet and Wi-Fi. We offer bed linens, pillows and two bath towels. The kitchen can be used for snacks and to heat up ready-made meals. The house has 2 parking spaces that are shared with guests, depending on occupancy, according to arrival and availability. Quiet location surrounded by lots of nature. We are not an inn. We do not accept children under the age of 18. The space We are just 50 meters from the beach next to Forte dos Andradas. A place with lots of greenery, security and tranquility. We are not an inn. We live in the house and rent suites only to couples. The suite is independent with a private entrance, private bathroom, ceiling fan and Wi-Fi internet. We don't have TV in the bedrooms or living room, and we advise guests to bring a laptop or tablet to access the Wi-Fi. The pool for hot days is a great option after a swim in the sea and can be accessed until 8 p.m. We have only two parking spaces that are shared by guests of the 4 suites we rent. Our garden space has several plant species, mainly orchids and even some fruit trees, where guests can circulate and rest in the hammocks or chairs provided on site. We raise stingless bees, the jatais, responsible for pollinating numerous plant species threatened with extinction. We have security cameras at the entrance gate, corridors, swimming pool and living room. We do not accept children or minors under the age of eighteen. Guest access Our swimming pool, as well as our outdoor spaces, are in common use with our guests and are available until 8 p.m. Parking spaces are occupied indiscriminately by all guests. We have 4 en-suites and two parking spaces. We do not reserve parking spaces. They are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicle entry through the electronic gate is until 11 p.m. After this time, the entrance is only through the side gate. During your stay I'm an agronomist and my sister, Vera, is a biologist. We love nature and enjoy sharing our space and knowledge with people of the same interest.
