The Simple Stay

The Simple Stay is a cozy, clean, spacious home located in a peaceful neighborhood and just a 10–15 minute walk from downtown Kewanee. Nearby attractions like Johnson Sauk State Park, Francis Park, Good’s Furniture, Black Hawk East College, Midland & Baker Golf Courses, Bishop Hill and Psycho Silo Saloon are all just a short drive away. Both on and around off street parking are available. The cleaning fee is already included in the rate. The space Guests must be able to walk up stairs (there are a couple stairs to get into the home AND the bathroom is on the second floor). The house is set up to comfortably host six people but can sleep up to eight. If your group is bigger than six, please message me. I do charge $20/per guest once the group size exceeds six.
