Please Note: ***This is a compact loft-style studio designed to maximize space efficiency. ***Access to the sleeping area is via stairs. ***The loft layout may not be ideal for very tall guests or guests with mobility limitations. ***Storage space is limited and suitable for typical travel luggage. ***Guests bringing multiple large suitcases may find the space compact. Guest access The unit as shown in the photos is the unit you will be staying at. All unlocked cabinets are free to use. Locked cabinets would mean it's not intended for guest use. Please note that this is a loft-style unit with stair access to the sleeping area. Guests should be comfortable using stairs, as the layout may not be ideal for seniors, guests with mobility concerns, or those bringing multiple heavy luggage. As this is an Airbnb unit within a residential condominium and not a hotel, hotel-style services such as luggage trolleys, bell service, and porter assistance are not available. For guests that need special assistance, please inform us in advance so we can arrange extended courtesy for a more comfortable stay. . . Other things to note Please review the house rules before booking. • Maximum of 4 guests • Guest count should be declared to avoid additional charges • Light cooking only (no strong odors or smoke-heavy cooking) • Strictly non-smoking • Quiet hours after 10:00 PM • All guests are required to register at the lobby • One fresh towel is provided per registered guest; replacement towels are available for an additional fee •Toiletries such as tissue, soap, shampoo, and other consumable personal-care items are not provided.
