It is the perfect space to rest, work or enjoy as a family, located in a quiet, accessible and very safe area. The space and layout. Master bedroom: Equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, a large closet, and excellent lighting for your rest. It includes a Smart TV with access, at no extra cost, to various streaming platforms (Netflix, Max, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV, Vix, among others) and an Alexa speaker to enhance your stay. Bedroom and Living Room: Open area with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, ideal for comfortably accommodating additional guests. Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances, dishes and utensils ready to prepare your food just like at home. Bathroom: Full bathroom, new, clean, modern, with a shower and hot water. Garden and Outdoors: A large outdoor patio with a green area (artificial grass), a terrace with an umbrella, a grill for your gatherings, and a private parking space with shade mesh.
