It is the perfect place to relax, work or spend time with family, located in a quiet, accessible and very safe area. The space and layout. Master bedroom: Equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious closet and excellent lighting for your relaxation. It includes a smart TV with free access to various streaming platforms (Netflix, Max, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV, Vix, among others) and an Alexa speaker to set the mood for your stay. Living Room and Lounge: An open-plan area with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, ideal for comfortably accommodating additional guests. Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances, dishes and utensils, ready for you to prepare your meals just like at home. Bathroom: Full bathroom, new, clean, modern, with a shower and hot water. Garden and Outdoor Areas: A spacious outdoor patio with a green area (artificial turf), a terrace with an umbrella, a barbecue for your gatherings, and a private parking space with a shade mesh. To ensure everyone's peace of mind, we only ask that you maintain good communication, take care of the facilities, and respect the neighbours' rest by adjusting the volume and the hours at night.
