Cabo San Lucas - Front and Center on the Marina...

The complex name is Marina Cabo Plaza and it's situated on the marina in the heart of Cabo San Lucas along the boardwalk. This condo suite is located on the 4th floor, which enjoys amazing view of the Marina, all at a very affordable price!! The condo has recently been remodeled from top to bottom and I'm happy to report the finished product looks wonderful. The condo is 420sqft and it enjoys a very open layout. MCP also enjoys a wonderful Rooftop pool, with AMAZING VIEWS of the Marina!! The space The unit is well maintained and is constantly being upgraded. We are located right along the malcon, downtown Cabo San Lucas and Medano Beach are within a 5 minute walk along the Malecon and the Puerto Paraiso Mall is located about 200 meters away. The Unit is 420sqft and has been popular among the casual weekly vacationers. Situated on the harbor side of the Marina Cabo Plaza complex, this suite's ideal panoramic perspective of the harbor, downtown and the Puerto Paraiso Mall, boasts some of the best private views in Cabo San Lucas. This unit feature a full bath, private patios, queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, commercial air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, 12' high ceiling, free WIFI (download speeds of 50 mbps), etc We just completed the construction of our Rooftop Pool at Marina Cabo Plaza. The pool and your lounge chair awaits you...Oh yeah, the views are phenomenal If you like the idea of being centrally located while having the option to retreat to a private, secure, no hassle environment this suite is absolutely perfect. As we are the owners we don't have hidden costs, extras, or additional overhead items you would typical find through resort, timeshare or agent bookings. Additional photos and/or information regarding these studios will be provided upon request. Guest access The complex has free parking, pickup parking pass at check-in ($20 deposit for the pass). We have several onsite restaurants/bars: Chatitas; Mango Deck Cantina; Usual Suspects Deep Sea Fishing Charters: Redrum (my personal favorite in Cabo) and Mucho Loco. In addition, we have a small convenience store (Early Bird Deli) and a pharmacy. Other things to note It's my belief Cabo has something for everyone. You can totally relax, you can go party like a Rock Star, or something in the middle :) I'm a big fan of the activities in Cabo, start off with a morning walk/run on the malcon, or head down to Medano Beach and rent a paddle board. Medano Beach allows you the opportunity of solitude or you can walk over to the beach restaurants/bars and take in some lively interactions. Not to mention, the waters of the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez has some of the best deep see fishing around. Nothing better than taking your catch to one of the many amazing restaurants for dinner!
