Short distance to several large companies such as Fatland Ølen AS, Westcon, Ølen Betong, Omega, AutoStore and more. There are also several marked hikes in our municipality Vindafjord. The space Cozy student union house on a rural farm on Økland/Haugland in Ølen. Here breakfast can be enjoyed with views towards the mountains. Inside, the house was renovated in 2024/2025. The traditional style is kept, while the standard is of a modern nature. There are three large bedrooms with double beds. There is a junior bed in one bedroom and a crib/crib on another. There is one master bathroom + extra toilet. There is a good parking on the lot and parking in the carport Guest access The house is a separate house on its own plot and you have the whole house for yourself. It is located next to our farm in Haugland.
