Casa Gunilla was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli in a sheltered location, with a big oak forest behind the house, and stunning views with an olive grove in front. Upstairs there are three bedrooms sleeping 8 people and a large bathroom with a shower. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. However, it is really the outside that is mostly utilized with a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a private salt water pool. The neighbor, Ermano, sells olive oil, eggs and vegetables. He only speaks Italian, but that is generally not a problem at all. It doesn't matter to him if you speak another language. He is equally friendly.
