“Le Trèfle” Duplex

We welcome you to this lovely, bright, and comfortable 50 m² duplex. Located in Drôme des Collines, come and enjoy this spacious, warm and functional accommodation, ideal for a stay with family, friends or for a business trip. Spread over two levels, it offers a beautiful, bright living space with a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with quality bedding, and a modern bathroom. We look forward to welcoming you! The space Welcome to our Duplex "Le Trèfle"! Located in Drome des Collines, just below the pretty Château de Charmes sur l 'herbasse. The accommodation includes on the ground floor: - An equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishes). - A dining area. - A laundry area/cleaning kit (washing machine, laundry line, vacuum cleaner, seal and mop). It should be noted that the cleaning will be done by us after each visit. We just ask that the space be kept clean at a minimum, gather the linens and bath towels in the laundry basket, and dispose of your trash by putting it in front of the front door of the listing. - A lounge area with TV and comfy sofa/bed. Upstairs: - Spacious bathroom with hanging toilet. - A bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed as well as a dressing room. Bed linen and towels are provided. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning (hot/cold), and WIFI. It is also equipped with a smart lock/keypad which allows you to check in independently. We'll let you know the entry code on the day you arrive. We allow check-ins from 4pm and ask you to return the accommodation by 11am. A little extra in addition to the rate/night: possibility to charge an electric car! Accessibility & outdoor life: The accommodation is located 20 minutes from the Tain l 'Hermitage motorway exit.
