Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Electricity Usage • Please switch off lights, fans, and the geyser when not in use. Care of the Property • Please treat the apartment and all amenities with respect. • Keep everything in its original place before checkout. • Any damage or missing items will be chargeable. • If something is accidentally damaged, inform us immediately. Cleanliness • Kindly keep the apartment clean and tidy. • Dispose of all waste in the dustbins provided. • Once the dustbin is full, please tie the bag and place it downstairs in the designated disposal area. • If using the kitchen, clean utensils and surfaces after use. Noise & Conduct • No parties or gatherings allowed. • Alcohol consumption and smoking inside the apartment are strictly prohibited. • Please respect quiet hours and keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM. • Loud music is not permitted at any time. Guests • Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Transport Assistance • Local transport arrangements can be made starting from ₹100 (minimum), subject to availability. • Please inform us in advance if required. Prohibited • Do not remove or take any items belonging to the property. • Do not move heavy furniture. Communication • If you face any issue during your stay, inform us immediately so we can assist you. We kindly request you to treat this home with the same care and respect as you would your own.
