Other things to note • Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. • Refundable security deposit of ₹5000 will be collected at the time of check-in. • Guests have full access to the villa. Please treat the space with care and help us keep it clean for future guests. • Eating or drinking in the swimming pool is not allowed. • Pets are welcome, however they are not allowed inside the pool. A pet fee of ₹500 per pet per day will be applicable. • To avoid insects, please ensure all windows and doors are closed before sunset. • Guests are required to submit a soft copy of a valid government ID proof before arrival (PAN card is not accepted). • If you require meals, decorations, or special arrangements, please inform us in advance so we can assist you. • Smoking, BBQ, and Sheesha are permitted only in outdoor areas. • Our caretaker is available on the property until 9:00 PM for assistance. • Additional guests beyond the booking count will incur extra charges. • While we strive to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, occasional electricity fluctuations may occur due to local supply conditions. As these are beyond our control, refunds cannot be issued for such disruptions.
