Prannleithen Organic Farm – The Gingerbread House

The guest house with a living space of 100 m2 has a spacious double room with balcony, a tower room, a stylish bathroom with shower, bathtub and relaxation lounger. The eat-in kitchen with adjoining terrace, outdoor breakfast area and sun loungers offer plenty of space for young and old and a beautiful view of our pond. Our farm is situated in a quiet location about 2 km from the village center. The space On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen-living area with beautiful views of the pond and direct access to the large sun terrace. The first floor features a generous bathroom and a comfortable double room with a balcony. A sofa and an additional single bed provide extra comfort and flexible sleeping arrangements. One level above is the small tower room with a 140 cm bed. The outdoor area is thoughtfully designed and offers several seating areas, swings, and quiet spaces to relax. The Gingerbread House is set independently within the farm grounds, offering a high degree of privacy and a peaceful, close-to-nature atmosphere. Cats live on the farm and enjoy being stroked, and the mini pigs in the courtyard are happy to receive suitable food scraps. Guest access You can use the entire house and move freely around the outdoor area, as well use all nice seating areas. Please also bear in mind that a farm is also a workplace. Other things to note The local tourist tax of 2.60 euros per night and person is already included in the price. Please fill out the guest sheet form provided at your accommodation - and keep a copy. This also entitles you to reduced entry to the municipal indoor swimming pool - with spacious sauna area.
