This beautiful countryside space is located in Dunboyne, Co.Meath right outside Dublin City (25mins) and only 20 minutes from Dublin Airport, 5 mins drive from train station with direct city links. Great restaurants and Bars nearby. The famous Avoca garden centre within walking distance. The space Newly renovated Scandinavian styled space. Comfortable living room with 50" smart TV and large couch with an oak coffee table. Modern walk in shower with great water pressure and bathroom, King bedroom and single bedroom with wardrobe storage. Fully fitted kitchen with a brand new sage coffee machine and dining area. If travelling in a group of three, we can supply three single beds if needed no problem! Guests will enjoy the safety and privacy of this double gated property, gate codes will be supplied after booking. Host will be nearby but not intrusive, driveway is shared access. The train station with links to the city is a 5 minute drive away. Personal Taxis are available! This space is ideal for those that want to relax in the countryside while be very close to busy Dublin City. It is perfect for those who enjoy a game of golf because five golf courses are within a 20-minute drive of us. The Dublin Mountains are also approximately 35 minutes away by car, making them a great destination for riding horses and hill walkers/bikers. A five minute drive will take you to the village of Dunboyne which has restaurants, multiple bars, and other local services including beauticians, dry cleaners, and grocery shops, hairdressers are all present here. The house is ideally situated for any event being held within Dublin or surrounding areas. Some of the events include Bloom in June, Iron Man in August and motor racing and Dublin Marathon as well as many others! Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment.
