The 5br 2ba house is located just a minute from Quincy, in the peaceful agricultural countryside. The property includes two acres of private, well-kept and irrigated grassy field that we welcome our guests to use for peaceful walks, exercise, soccer, or recreation. You'll be only a mile from the two major highways to get you where you are going in a beeeze. You can rest assured that the home is nice and clean. Hospitality amenities, including laundry service and refresh cleanings are available upon request. For concert weekends, we are delighted to give you, our distinguished guests, one (1) free-to-you exclusive parking pass for The Gorge Amphitheater! You will be allowed to park one vehicle and access the concert safely and hassle-free via our partners at Cave B estate resort and winery. This will help you avoid the wait in the long parking lines and chaotic exits from Gorge public parking. Additional passes for cars are available upon request but limited (and there is a fee for additional passes) so early reservations strongly recommended! We are confident that you will absolutely love your stay and want to return every time you are brought to the area. Our goal is for your return to Green Acres whenever you are in the area. Guest access The house and yard is yours to use, with the exception of the back shop which has an occupied living space and cleaning business. The driveway in front of the house will host about 4 cars or trucks. More parking in the back is available upon request. The front and back yard, including patio with grill and picnic table, and a couple acres of private grassy field, is for guest use. Inside the house, 3 bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom downstairs with twin day and trundle beds, and one bedroom with king bed. There are two TVs; one in the livingroom and one in the lower floor bedroom with the king bed. Stove with hood, fridge, dishwasher, dining table that seats 6 with an additional 4 kitchen benches. In the dining room, a fireplace and some firewood is provided for use (winter only please). Please keep the fluke open. One sectional that converts into an additional queen size bed! Lamps, endtables with outlets. Washer and dryer. Important requests: Please remove your shoes, as there are rugs and carpet that we enjoy keeping clean for our guests and children. Please do not allow children to play with the cast iron model tractor collection that is on display in the dining room and living room. Thank you!
