The space The apartment features a welcoming hallway with a coat rack and wardrobe, providing convenient storage space. A laundry basket and drying rack are available in the unit, while a washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement (each available for €3 per use). There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A variety of glassware (wine, beer, and champagne glasses) as well as all essential dishes and utensils are provided. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and a towel warmer for added comfort. The living and sleeping area offers flexible sleeping arrangements: two single beds that can be combined or used separately, as well as an additional pull-out single bed. There is also a sofa bed, a dining table with seating for up to four people, and extra storage space. For entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV. Guests can also enjoy a private balcony with seating for four and a table—perfect for relaxing outdoors.
