Oli's House

La Casa di Oli is an apartment in the heart of the historic center of Amelia, on Via Pomponia, an ideal location for walking to the main places of interest. It is located near Porta Romana, restaurants, bars, shops, and services. The Ascensore del Sant'Uffizio is also nearby, providing a convenient connection to the lower part of the historic center. The house retains the charm of the old, with brick arches, terracotta floors, and wooden beams, with the comforts of a modern home. The space The house is spread across two floors and has a living area with an open kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and two double bedrooms, for a maximum of four guests. The main double bedroom is on the second floor, while the second double bedroom is on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available. The house has Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and fans to make your stay more comfortable even in the warmer months. For families with children, a travel cot, booster seat, and baby bath tub are available upon request. Guest access Check-in is in person. Please let us know your approximate arrival time a few days before your stay so that we can arrange to welcome you. On the day of arrival, we also ask you to notify us about 30 minutes beforehand. If you arrive by car, La Casa di Oli is located in the historic center, in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). You have two parking options: PORTA LEONE PARKING Free and located outside the traffic-restricted zone (ZTL). The house can be reached on foot in about 5–6 minutes. The first section is uphill; we then recommend continuing along Via Civitavecchia for an easier route. PIAZZA UNITÀ D'ITALIA (FORMERLY PIAZZALE BOCCARINI) Free public parking within the historic center, about a 3-minute walk from the house (170 m), with an almost entirely flat route. To access by car, a temporary ZTL permit is required, which we can request for our guests. The route by car to enter and exit the parking lot has some narrowings typical of the historic center, but it can also be traveled with medium- to large-sized cars.
