One and a half story log villa of 65 m² on the shores of Lake Eväjärvi. The beach is sandy and shallow, making it ideal for children. The area of the plot is 4,200 m². Premises: - Sleeping alcove for two - Semi-open loft for two - Living room - Kitchen - Toilet - Bathroom - Utility room - Walk-in closet - Balcony - Partially covered terrace - Lakeside sauna with a bathing tub for six people The space Sleeping alcove: Two single beds, desk and chair. Semi-open loft: Double bed, desk, chair and a drawer. Living room: Sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV level and TV with antenna and satellite channels. Kitchen: Cooker, oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric mixer as well as pots, pans and other cooking utensils. In addition, tableware for six people. Bathroom: Shampoo and shower gel. Terrace: Terrace furniture for six and a barbecue grill. Lakeside sauna: Wood-heated sauna, water from the lake and water heating in the wall pan. Adjacent to the sauna is a living room with fireplace, large sofa, armchair, two small side tables and display case. Bathing tub: By the lakeside sauna for six people. Cleanliness: Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, and other cleaning supplies. Beach: Rowing boat and life jackets. Yard: Heating socket for two cars. Guest access The cottage and the lakeside sauna are freely available to our guests. Other things to note For the use of the bathing tub a separate fee of 50 € is added, covering a maximum stay of 7 nights. Longer periods can be agreed on separately. When booking (especially during winter) please note that only the cottage is heated. The lakeside sauna is an unheated space. The price of the cottage does not include cleaning, but the guest is expected to leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Otherwise, a separate cleaning fee of 100 € will be charged.
