Guests will have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. The house is exclusively yours - including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor space. Self check-in is standard, and we won't interfere unless you need us! We respect your privacy, but if you need anything during your stay, we’re always just a message away. Other things to note We require full identification documents and a £150 damage deposit prior to check-in. Without these, your check-in information will not be released. House Rules • No parties or events are permitted. • Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property. Your full deposit will be taken if this rule is breached. • Lost access or lock call-outs may incur a replacement fee. • Normal wear and tear is never charged, and every situation is assessed fairly and reasonably. Your deposit will be returned within 5–10 days of check-out via the original payment method. Complimentary coffee, tea, and milk are provided on arrival. CCTV is in operation outside the property for security.
