The space The guest accommodation is a fully self-contained cottage, part of an extension of the main homestead located on the other side of the double garage. It offers privacy while keeping you close to the character and charm of the property. The cottage features a comfortable queen bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, and basic kitchen essentials for simple meals. There is a dining area and a cosy sitting space with a futon/couch, which can potentially sleep a third person or child — ideal for short stays or relaxed weekends away. Outside, guests have access to their own patio and sitting area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. Guests have a private entrance and off-street parking. The cottage is best suited to couples, small families, or solo travellers seeking a quiet country escape close to Rockley and within easy reach of Bathurst, Orange, and local dining including The Rockley Pub. Guest access Guests have full private use of the standalone cottage, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, dining and sitting areas, and their own separate outdoor entertaining space. There is a private entrance and off-street parking. The cottage is completely separate from the main homestead, ensuring privacy and a quiet stay.
