DOS: • Switch off lights, fans and geysers when not in use. • Use water carefully. Water comes from a natural spring and is limited. • Use dustbins provided inside the rooms and around the property. • Maintain silence and calm, especially between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. • Follow check-in and check-out timings. • Inform the caretaker immediately in case of damage or maintenance issues. • Respect the home, surroundings, and village culture. • Clear all dues before checkout. DON’TS: • No smoking inside the house or washrooms. • Do not drink and drive. • Do not ask the caretaker to wash your vehicle. • Do not waste water. Water is meant only for drinking, cooking, bathing, washing utensils, and watering plants. • Do not throw diapers, cigarette butts, or sanitary waste inside rooms or surroundings. • Do not use open flames, candles, or bonfires inside the house. • Do not move furniture or tamper with electrical fittings. • Do not use homestay towels for cleaning shoes, luggage, or bags. • Do not litter inside or outside the property. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: • Complimentary basic toiletries and one towel per room are provided. Please bring your own toiletries: soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels if you prefer your own brand and hygiene. • This is a self-service homestay; guests must bring their own groceries or you can order from Kainchi Dham Restaurants. You must inform us in advance if we need to arrange for food.
