Family-friendly house near Gothenburg

Spacious villa in a terraced house area. Sleeps up to 10 people. Four bedrooms are available but the living room upstairs can function as a bedroom if required. Large kitchen and large living room. Two bathrooms. Private garden with no insight and spacious patio with barbecue grill. It is 1.5 km to Nödinge station where there are commuter trains to Gothenburg. You can walk or take the bus to the station. Swimming area is by Vimmersjön, 1 km away. Free parking is available about 60 meters from the house, but cars can be driven up to the house for loading and unloading. The space The house is built in 1974. Renovated by 2014, so it's not something that's brand new but the house is used and to some extent worn, but everything works and is in good condition. Large trampoline at the front, large dining area at the back and several places where you can sit and enjoy both evening and morning sun. Playground available in the area! Car free streets, only bids or mail driving in. Free parking is available along the road, about 100 m away from the house. Note: You clean up after yourselves. Bed linens and towels are not included. Extra folding chairs are available to stock around the dining table in the kitchen, which also has a pull-out slab. Guest access The whole house, apart from the following: A small part of the living room upstairs is screened off with a curtain. The space behind the drapery may not be used by the tenant. Side porch and walk-in closet upstairs may not be used. The outdoor storage is locked so the tenant does not have access. Other things to note Guests clean up after themselves and leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived. It should be possible for a new tenant to move in immediately. Bedlinen and towels are not included! However, this may be arranged by agreement after booking.
