We kindly request that you treat the villa with care, keep the spaces clean, and respect the effort and love that has gone into creating this beautiful retreat for you to enjoy. Other things to note • Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. • Refundable security deposit of ₹5000 will be collected at the time of check-in. • Guests have full access to the villa. Please treat the space with care and help us keep it clean for future guests. • Eating or drinking in the swimming pool is not allowed. • Pets are welcome, however they are not allowed inside the pool. A pet fee of ₹500 per pet per day will be applicable. • To avoid insects, please ensure all windows and doors are closed before sunset. • Guests are required to submit a soft copy of a valid government ID proof before arrival (PAN card is not accepted). • If you require meals, decorations, or special arrangements, please inform us in advance so we can assist you. • Smoking, BBQ, and Sheesha are permitted only in outdoor areas. • Our caretaker is available on the property until 9:00 PM for assistance. • Additional guests beyond the booking count will incur extra charges. • While we strive to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, occasional electricity fluctuations may occur due to local supply conditions. As these are beyond our control, refunds cannot be issued for such disruptions.
