Enjoy 86 m² of living space featuring three bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining area, and a high-quality kitchen — the perfect combination of comfort and design. 🛏️ Bedrooms: The apartment offers three separate bedrooms. The large master bedroom features a comfortable hotel-quality box-spring double bed, while the two additional bedrooms are each furnished with two hotel-quality box-spring single beds. High-quality bed linen is provided. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups of travelers. 🛋️ Living Area: The spacious living room invites you to relax on a large and comfortable corner sofa, which can also be used as a sleeping option for two people if needed. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and offer charming views of the surroundings. The adjoining dining area with a solid wood table for up to eight people offers plenty of space for shared meals and social gatherings. 🛁 Bathroom: Modern and high-quality bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and heated towel rail. Fresh towels, soap, and a hairdryer are naturally provided. 🍳 Kitchen: The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, and kettle. Pots, dishes, and all essential kitchen utensils required for a longer stay are also available. 🏛️ Building & Access: The apartment is located in a red-brick building directly at the roundabout and is easy to spot. The entrance can be recognized by the modern wooden door with a slatted design. Access to the apartment is via the 1st floor, and the apartment is located on the right-hand side. 📍 Location: Conveniently located close to the city center — cafés, restaurants, shops, and the EmslandArena are literally right outside the door. The train station is also within walking distance. Additional Information: We provide high-quality hotel bed linen, towels, and a welcome set including coffee, tea, basic kitchen essentials, and premium toiletries. Additional services such as late check-out and interim cleaning are available upon request. Guest access From the front entrance, the staircase leads up to the 1st floor. The apartment entrance is the door on the right marked “EmslandArena.” In the basement, you will find the laundry room with the washing machine and dryer. The bins for general waste, paper/cardboard, plastic recycling, and organic waste are located behind the building. Detailed instructions can be found in our guest handbook as well as inside the apartment itself. Other things to note Parking is available along Gartenstraße on the roadside, as well as at the “Alter Viehmarkt” parking lot. The parking spaces at Alter Viehmarkt can be used daily. Parking fees apply Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (€0.50 per hour, maximum €5.00 per day; monthly ticket €30.00). Outside these hours, parking is free of charge.
