"Trevern", an old converted cider barn, has a spacious patio & garden that's ideal for families. Milton Combe is a beautiful old village tucked away in a sheltered valley near Buckland Abbey with easy access to Dartmoor. The single quiet street winds past cottages, a church & village hall, with a pretty stream. A wonderful old pub with great food is a 200m flat walk. It's 1.5 miles to easy riverside walks. Local shops & facilities. Sorry no pets. Min 3 day stays, self-catering, safe and quiet. The space Welcome to my home! Trevern has two large bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with two singles. There is a shower, a large kitchen/diner and a cosy living room with a wood burner. the living room opens onto the patio and garden down two steps for easy access. Parking for two vehicles is at the end of the garden. As is common in old country properties, next door has access across the front of the property; however, the house is not currently occupied. Please note the steep painted stairs. Shower but no bath. The washing machine is unavailable. 3 nights minimum, 5 nights minimum in July and August, but late bookings possibily negotiable! Guest access Guests are welcome to use all of the space. Other things to note There are keys in the key safe. Please leave one key in the safe at all times. Thanks :-)
