Looking forward to your stay in the heart of France for a vacation in the heart of nature! You've come to the right place. I am offering my house while I am away on a long trip to Asia. You can gather with family, friends, or for a seminar, surrounded by nature. Surrounded by a large enclosed garden, the house is very close to Châteaumeillant (and its vineyard). You will also be 10 minutes from the Sidiailles Recreational Center, where you can enjoy numerous activities around the lake: swimming, tree climbing, hiking, and walking, etc., and also 5 minutes from the Château de Culan. Many other activities to discover, not far from the cottage: You can explore the places that have shaped the history of our region: George Sand’s estate, the Basilica of Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre, Château de Sarzay, the fortress and viaduct of Cluis, the archaeological site of Argenton-sur-Creuse, and more. The house consists of: Main Floor: An entrance. A fully equipped kitchen, with several tables that can be joined together to accommodate all guests. You will also find all the essentials for cooking. A comfortable living room with two convertible sofa beds, providing up to 4 additional sleeping places. A separate toilet One large bedroom for 2, equipped with a 180 x 200 cm bed. 1 bathroom equipped with a shower (washing machine) 1 covered terrace. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms: 1 bedroom equipped with a 160 × 200 cm double bed (+ 1 90 × 190 cm single bed) 1 room set up with 2 double beds (160 × 200 cm). 1 walk-through bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 x 190) leading to a bathroom with toilet. TOTAL: Maximum capacity is 10 adults, up to 15 people, but we recommend a maximum of 10 people, as the current 250-liter water heater can provide an average of 400–450 liters of water over 2 hours. So, beyond 10 people, it will require careful planning for water. SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. The house is surrounded by a LARGE, FULLY ENCLOSED GARDEN where you can enjoy views of the meadows. There are two garages and a carport available, as well as space to park several vehicles outside. There are working bicycles available, as well as various outdoor games (mölkky, rackets, balls, pétanque, etc.). Other things to note A cleaning fee of €100 is mandatory for short stays of 2 and 3 days. A mandatory cleaning fee of €120 applies for longer stays. This cleaning service is intended to disinfect the house and finish off the work you will have already done; the property must be left in order, clean, with the dishes at least washed, etc. Please leave the bed linens and bath towels downstairs in the entrance area. Pets allowed under certain conditions; please contact us. Some important rules: - No pets in the bedrooms, or on sofas and beds. - There is no smoking inside of the house. - Please do not make excessive noise out of respect for the neighborhood.
