The place has a small kitchen with a stove and other kitchen essentials . It also has laundry area and clothsline where you can wash your clothes and hang it dry. The space The property is strategically located just along cemented road in an area with lots of trees, birds chirping and roaming around. Sometimes, pigeons roam near the property which is pleasant to the eyes. If you are lucky, you can watch the elusive yet majestic bird called kokok in chestnut brown and black color with long splended tail among the tugas trees. Sometimes, you can see them at the back of the apartment munching on riped papaya.
