Our vacation homes are located right on the shore of Lake Goitzsche, in the center of Pouch, yet in a quiet area without through traffic. The location is perfect for long walks, varied bike tours, or a range of water sports. This modern semi-detached house, newly built in 2025 with a large garden, sits by one of Germany’s most beautiful lakes, separated from the shore only by a pedestrian and bike path. Other things to note The architect-designed home offers a unique living experience: a bright living area with a striking six-meter-high exposed concrete wall awaits you. An open staircase connects the living space with stylish bedrooms upstairs. From the gallery, you enjoy a fascinating view over the open living area, the garden, and the lake. The open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen is on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a large, modern bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. On the cozy gallery, a comfortable sofa bed provides space for up to two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious south-facing terrace with lake view complete the offer. Need a third bedroom or want to accommodate up to 8 guests? You can also book Apartment 8a on the ground floor, which connects easily with the house. Free parking is available directly at the house. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included. A supermarket with a bakery is within walking distance, perfect for daily needs. There is a free boat parking space on the property. Boats can be launched into the water via the public slipway about 100 meters away.
