The apartment has a private entrance and consists of 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet room, living room with sofa bed (140x200 + mattress topper), fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There is a large terrace with tables and chairs outside the apartment, with direct access from the living room. Towels and bed linens are included. Due to the fact that the home is newly built, the outdoor area outside the terrace is not finished. But there is direct access to hiking trails from the house and the lake is 150 meters away. Large parking space with room for several cars outside the home. Other things to note EV charging is available on site. Price per charge/day is 15 Euro.
