Private room in the Rectorate area

Three-story building - no elevator - (university area; 1.5 blocks from the FCJS and 3 blocks from the FIQ). Located one block north of Bv. Pellegrini (Bv. Gálvez and Bv. Pellegrini is the city's main artery in terms of bars, restaurants, walking, and so on). It is a thoroughfare where there are people practically at any time of day. Something to keep in mind, there is no metered parking on the building block. There's a supermarket half a block from the building. The space The common spaces are the living room, the kitchen/laundry room, and the bathroom (shared with me). The kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The building has a small terrace on the same floor. That space is common to the entire building. The living/dining room has a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and heating. The windows have mosquito netting and white screen curtains. Excellent natural lighting and ventilation. The bedroom features a double bed, Premium Fiberfill Pillows (100% conjugated silicone fiber, hypoallergenic, matelase microfiber).
