The apartment is on an upper floor and is accessed only by stairs. - We don't have a physical reception. Access to the accommodation is self-service, following the instructions you will receive before your arrival. - Before check-in, it will be necessary to complete the mandatory online registration for all guests. A valid passport, ID card or other valid identification document will be requested. - The laundry room and the space for bikes and strollers are shared areas of the building. SERVICES INCLUSIVE - The reservation includes, for each bed, bed linen appropriate for the season and, for each registered guest, a set of towels consisting of a shower towel and a hand towel. - Upon arrival, you will find some complimentary items, such as coffee, water, toilet paper, and basic toiletries. These items are provided as a welcome gift and are not replenished during the stay. - For stays of more than 7 nights, we offer a free mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels. ADDITIONAL SERVICES If you wish to purchase any additional services during your stay, you can request them from us. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay that is respectful of our neighbors, we ask that you respect the following rules: - Check-in: after 4:00 pm. We do not have a reception, so it is essential to confirm your approximate time of arrival in advance. Access will be available once the mandatory guest registration is completed. - Check-out: by 12:00 PM at the latest. - Keys: In case of lost keys, a 50€ fee will apply. Rest and coexistence - Quiet hours: from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. - Parties or gatherings that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed. - No loud music, excessive noise, or behavior that may disturb the building's residents. - In the event of serious or repeated breaches, we may contact Airbnb and take appropriate action in accordance with its policies and applicable laws. Prohibitions - No smoking inside the apartment. - It is not allowed to move the furniture. - You may not exceed the accommodation's maximum capacity or accommodate people not included in the booking without prior authorization. - It is not allowed to hang clothes, towels, or other objects on the balconies that are visible from the street. To dry clothes, you can use the space provided in the bathroom window. Home care - We ask that you treat the apartment, the furniture and its accessories with care. - Any damage, breakage, or malfunction must be reported as soon as possible so that we can fix it. - At the end of your stay, the apartment must be left in a reasonably clean and undamaged condition.
