On the 1st level (pool level) there is a self-contained open space with a kitchen, bathroom, shower, A/C, refrigerator, washing machine, double sofa bed, and TV. A comfortable space with no stairs to block your access to the garden and pool. Going up the stone staircase will lead you to the 2nd level, where the living room and the main kitchen are located, which is fully equipped with brand-name appliances. It has an energy fireplace, a TV, AC, a bathroom with a bathtub, a comfortable double sofa bed and a single bed. The balcony doors lead you to the large sunny terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. At the back of the 2nd level, there is the stone-built courtyard with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area. You also have access to the private parking lot from the stairs. On the 3rd level is the large bedroom with a private bathroom, shower, A/C, closet, and skylights so you can enjoy the sky from the bed. It has a large double bed and a semi-double bed. The subtle but natural scent of the house will be unforgettable, as all the wood used to create it is cypress.
