🌿 Quiet oasis near the beach – perfect for discovering northern Gotland Welcome to our homey accommodation on the outskirts of Slite! Here you live in a quiet area with only 2 km to the beach and with a perfect location to explore northern Gotland's limestone stacks, fishing villages and wild strawberry spots. The place is perfect for a family, a couple or a small group looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay close to both nature and the sea. The space 🏡 Accommodation (80 sqm): - Two bedrooms - Spacious and bright living room -Fully equipped kitchen with dining area - Bathrooms -Laundry room in basement 🛏 Sleeps: - Bedroom 1: King sized bed 180 cm - Bedroom 2: Bed 120 cm - Walk-through room: Recliner chair - Living room: Sofa There is also an extra bed you can set up if needed. ⚠️ Please notice! The water heater is small, so the hot water is enough for about 15 minutes of shower (depending on temperature). After that, it needs about 30–60 minutes to heat up again 💧 Thank you for planning accordingly 🙏 🏡 The house heating The house is heated by a pellet boiler. This means it is heard when pellets are fed into the pan. The host family goes into the boiler room via the laundry room (separate entrance) to make sure the heating system is refilled. Guest access 🌸 Things to know - This is our private home, which means some cabinets are locked for personal belongings. - Some of the basement is off limits to tenants. 🌳 Outdoors & Assets -Access to the plot (shared with the other rented property). - Playground. - Trampoline (without safety net). - Soccer goal. - Outdoor furniture and possibility to barbecue. - Drying rack outside. ⚠️ Important information - Playground, trampoline and bikes are used on your own responsibility. - Children should be under adult supervision at all times. 🤝 Consideration & well-being - The lot is shared with guests in the other listing. - Consider each other and contribute to a quiet and pleasant environment. - Quiet time applies between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Other things to note 📍 About the area - In Slite, Cementa (Slitefabriken) is a distinctive part of the community, sometimes you hear and feel when they are blasting in the quarry. - Slite beach is one of the most child-friendly beaches on Gotland, with long shallow waters that are perfect for families. 🚍 Distance - Bus stop "Spillings" (line 20): approx. 550 meters - Golf course: approx. 2.9 km - Länna Lagoon (swimming area): approx. 1.9 km - Slite beach: approx. 2.7 km - Slite center (restaurants & grocery stores): about 2.5 km 📌 Good to know - Sheets and towels are not included. If this is desired, please contact the host in advance. - Kitchen towel and dishwashing detergent are available in the property. - Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. - Parking is available near the house and is shared with the host. - The plot is shared with guests in the other accommodation – show consideration for each other.
