You park right outside the door under your balcony. From there, you can access the light-flooded upper floor. In the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a huge cozy couch. A 65-inch smart TV and ambient lighting offer you a cozy time! Fast WiFi thanks to the MESH system everywhere in the apartment... From the bathroom (with underfloor heating) you enter the bedroom, which will provide a good night's sleep with a 1A box spring bed! Sun balcony incl. The space The apartment is basically designed for 2 guests. However, we do offer a high-quality folding bed with a memory foam mattress for a third guest, which can be set up quickly. Other things to note The property is just a 3-minute drive from the A 94 (Munich – Passau)! You can get to Ampfingen train station just as quickly! If you request it in advance, we can arrange a transfer from the train station to your accommodation! Just 2 km (1.2 miles) away, at Ampfing Airfield, you will find the Grüne Lagune – a beautiful swimming and relaxation area with a pizzeria! (Admission free!) Just 5 km (3 miles) away is a go-kart track – one of the largest in southern Germany!
