The space Sunsealove is a large and modern studio apartment on the ground floor, located in the quiet private setting "Lotto Nettuno". The environment is unique and multifunctional, designed to comfortably accommodate up to four people (families or close friends) with different configurations: • ​A comfortable double bed. • ​A 90x190 cm bunk bed • ​A practical sofa that becomes a single bed. The house benefits from double exposure, which enhances its brightness: on one side, it opens onto a lovely private garden with a veranda, a relaxation area and a BBQ area, perfect for quiet moments; on the other, it offers convenient direct access to a rear garden with a private parking area. Unlike classic studios, Sunsealove offers a spacious, modern, and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who like to prepare their meals in total comfort. You will find everything you need: stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine and cappuccino function, spacious refrigerator, quality dishes and utensils. ​The home is designed to make you feel at home, with spaces optimized for convenience even during longer stays. Sunshine Residence - Capoterra is an incredibly strategic place. It is in a perfect location that allows you to easily reach Cagliari by car, the super premium beaches of Chia, Pula, the Blufan water park and at the same time it is close to Elmas airport. It has all the necessary services within the pool within walking distance: shopping mall, pharmacies, tobacco bars, restaurant and pizzerias, a well-kept playground for children. Everything is still not crowded (for now) by mass tourism. Guest access Guests will have exclusive, private use of the entire studio, the veranda and the front garden. The reserved parking space is located directly on the opposite side of the entrance, within the peaceful ‘Lotto Nettuno’ complex. The facility is located on the ground floor for convenient access. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE – TOURIST TAX (Municipality of Capoterra): The Tourist Tax is NOT included in the price of the reservation. According to the Municipal Regulations, the amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. ▪ The tax (0.50 cents) applies per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. ▪ Children under 14 years of age (up to 14 years old) are exempt from payment. ▪ When you pay the balance in cash, you will be issued with a regular receipt in your name. We kindly ask you to prepare the cash in advance. Wi-Fi The property provides a 4G router (Soap with SIM). The area is perfectly covered by the 4G/5G signal of the main mobile operators, and the signal is usually stable, but as it is based on a cellular network, it may not be as consistent as fibre optic. The router comes with an active data package with 150GB available; the activation cost for this is 3 euros. In the event that you run out of the 150GB allocated, you can renew the offer for 5 euros. Within a short walking distance, you will find: - A shopping centre with the main everyday services; - An elegant lounge bar with an outdoor gazebo. - A hotel that, depending on seasonal availability, often offers non-guests access to the swimming pool (paid service and subject to mandatory booking directly with the hotel). Close to Maddalena Beach, you can still find various seasonal kiosks with beach services and night-time music, an outdoor playground for children, a tobacconist and one of the most renowned historic restaurants in Sardinia (famous for its grilled specialities and fresh fish). By car, in about 15 minutes you can easily reach Pula and the archaeological site of Nora via the new road. The super premium beaches of Chia are about 30 minutes away by road. Separate waste collection and disposal. The Municipality of Capoterra is very strict: the bins are equipped with microchips connected to the house. Proper separation prevents the waste from not being collected and unpleasant infringement notices. You will be given a schedule according to which you will have to take the various bins with the separated waste out of the plot. You may smoke in the garden of the house, using an ashtray and leaving the place clean, but it is absolutely forbidden to smoke or dirty the interior of the house with smoke or ash.
