Lovingly furnished and equipped to a high standard, it offers a cozy atmosphere – ideal for city breaks, business trips, or longer stays. The main train station, restaurants, shopping facilities, and public transportation are within easy walking distance. The accommodation can sleep up to 4 people and has comfortable box-spring beds (180 × 200 cm) that ensure a restful night's sleep. The living area invites you to relax with a cozy couch, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, and everything you need for cooking. Organic olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee capsules, and a selection of organic teas are provided for you. A dining area complements the open-plan living concept. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo. For added convenience, a laundry rack, ironing board, and iron are available—ideal for longer stays or business trips.
