Convenient reserved parking is available, allowing you to leave your car safely and enjoy a carefree vacation. For those who love sports, there is a tennis court, with the possibility of renting equipment directly on site, ideal for moments of leisure with family or friends. The condominium pool is accessible with a mandatory bathing cap, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. You will find a table, chairs and umbrella, perfect for relaxing between one swim and the next. The residence also offers direct access to the sea, allowing you to reach the beach comfortably on foot and fully enjoy every day between the sun and the sea. Other things to note House Guide Welcome, and thank you for choosing our vacation home. Our goal is to offer you a pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable stay. To ensure a positive experience for all guests and to keep the house welcoming at all times, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines. Check-in and support Check-in will take place in the presence of one of our staff members, who will welcome you upon arrival, give you the keys, and provide you with all the useful information about the house and the residence’s amenities. During your stay, we are always available for any needs or information. City tax The tourist tax must be paid directly at the property. The tax is €1.50 per guest for the first three days of the stay. The tax is payable by guests aged between 14 and 70. There are other exemptions that can be requested directly at the property. Home care The house has been carefully prepared for your arrival. We ask that you treat it with care and respect, as if it were your own. We ask that you keep the rooms tidy and report any problems or malfunctions promptly. Smoking not permitted inside the house. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, using the ashtrays provided. No pets. Parties or events are not allowed, out of respect for the peace and quiet of the residence and for the other guests. It is also important to respect the quiet hours, avoiding excessive noise, especially in the evening and at night. Cleaning during the stay The initial cleaning of the house is carried out with great care before your arrival. To maintain a pleasant environment during your stay, we kindly ask you to: Please do not leave dirty dishes for long periods of time. Keep the kitchen and bathroom clean after use Please avoid bringing sand into the house after returning from the beach. Please use the waste bins correctly. These little touches help keep the home welcoming for everyone. Recycling Separate waste collection is very important, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with local regulations and protecting the environment. Inside the house, you will find dedicated containers for waste separation. We ask you to separate the waste correctly: Plastic and Metals Paper and cardboard Glass Organic waste Undifferentiated Please do not leave trash lying around and always use the designated bins. If necessary, waste can be disposed of in the designated areas of the residence. Common areas of the residence Guests can use the common areas in accordance with the condominium rules: Swimming Pool Access allowed with a bathing cap. Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. In the pool area, you will find a table, chairs, and an umbrella. Tennis court Available to guests, with the option to rent the equipment. Parking Reserved parking is available within the residence. Access to the sea The residence has direct access to the beach, which is easily accessible on foot. Before you leave Before check-out, we kindly ask you to: leave the house tidy Wash any dishes used. Dispose of your waste in the appropriate bins.
