Relax in the outdoor kitchen/garden area or dip in the hot tub located in an all weather garden room & take in the wonderful views. The space Semi detached old cattle barn converted into a self contained apartment. King size bed, large on-suite with bath and shower. Utility area with, toaster, mini worktop oven and fridge. Lounge seating and dining table area. 32 inch smart tv. Patio doors to private sunny patio area with seating and outdoor kitchen with gas bbq and feature chimera. Hot tub located within an all weather garden room (private) that has large windows/doors that can be fully opened in warm weather or closed if chilly, Either way you get excellent views of part of the owners exquisite private flower garden, and see horses in the beautiful moorlands countryside! Parking available off road for one vehicle.Additional vehicle on rd. Lovely semi rural farming/country location with local walks on doorstep. Lovely country pubs x 3 in easy walking distance. 2 of them offering food. 2 miles from the small historic market town of Cheadle, offering bars, shops, restaurants etc. Alton towers 6 miles away. Property on bus route. The old barn is attached on one side to the owners old farmhouse which part of dates back to 18th century. From the property there is a short 7 minute walk across countryside to 6 lakes that provide course fishing and also a log cabin with veranda where you can partake in a full English breakfast with local made sausages while taking in the views over the lakes and watching the many birds and other wildlife. Guest access All the apartment with outdoor rear patio/ garden area with outdoor kitchen and chimera. Hot tub is located in a separate outside private (not shared )garden room (all weather) with opening doors to views over the Staffordshire moorlands. Other things to note Central heating controls are not available for guest access. Heating settings are pre set to 21c. the apartment is newly converted and highly insulated making it feel very cosy. No onsite car charging available. Please note the bottles/bar area in the garden room/hot tub area are for display purposes only. . The garden room has no heating available in cooler months of the year. But keeps warm via sun through roof windows and also warmth from the hot tub. The garden room is secured by the owner at 11.30pm each night until 8amm the following morning. We ask guests to turn off all lights and secure windows and door when not using. We are on occasions able to offer late checkout until 2.30pm at an additional cost of £45. Please message during your stay for possibility. If very windy at the location we advise that the Chimera is not used due to fire risk.
