Relax on the sunny patio or the private(not shared) all weather garden room & take a dip in the hot tub & take in the wonderful views. The space Semi detached barn converted into a private( own entrance) self contained apartment. King size bed, large on-suite with bath and shower. Utility area with air fryer, toaster, mini worktop oven and fridge. Lounge seating and dining table area. 32 inch smart tv. Patio doors to private sunny patio area with seating, outdoor kitchen with gas bbq and feature chimera. Hot tub located within an all weather garden room, that has large windows/doors that can be fully opened in warm weather or closed if chilly, either way you get excellent views of the garden and over the beautiful moorlands countryside! Parking available off road for one vehicle only. Lovely farming/country location with local walks on doorstep. Fairly quiet rural road . Lovely country pubs x3 in easy walking distance. 2 of them offering food. 2 miles from the small historic market town of Cheadle, offering bars, shops, restaurants etc. Alton towers 6 miles away. Property on bus route. Takeaway delivery available at this location. Guest access All the apartment with outdoor rear patio/ garden area with outdoor kitchen and chimera. Hot tub is located in a separate outside private (not shared )garden room (all weather) with opening doors to views over the Staffordshire moorlands. Other things to note Central heating controls are not available for guest access. Heating settings are pre set . No onsite car charging available. Please note the alcohol bottles/bar area in the garden room/hot tub area are for display purposes only. Not accessible for guests. The garden room has no heating appliance in use The garden room is locked at 10.30pm each night until 9am the following morning. We are on occasions able to offer late checkout until 2.30pm at an additional cost of £45. Please message during your stay for possibility. Please follow the re-cycling information found at the property. If very windy at the location the Chimera is not to be used due to fire risk.
