The LIVING AREA consists of a single large open space that includes a modern kitchen and living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160x190cm) and a 50" smart TV, allowing you to relax in a unique and pleasant environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: fridge, oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, pots, crockery and all the main kitchen utensils. We have also set up a coffee corner with a pod coffee machine, tea and herbal teas. The living area leads onto the LARGE TERRACE, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and space to relax. The two bedrooms are equipped with double beds with memory foam mattresses (160x200cm) and a large wardrobe for storing your personal belongings. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle. We will provide everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, set of towels including a bath towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Private laundry room in the basement with washer-dryer and detergent capsules provided, heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, free parking nearby.
