Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Suffolk home, just minutes from the charming market town of Bury St Edmunds. Only a 5-minute walk to parks, pubs and shops, and well located for exploring. Felixstowe beach is under 1 hour, Southwold 1h20, and Cambridge just 30 minutes away. The house offers a bright open-plan living space, a private garden, and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Please note this is our family home and we kindly ask it is treated with care and respect. The space This property has available to you downstairs an open plan kitchen dinner and lounge. A separate snug/TV room, utility and downstairs toilet. On the upstairs there is one en-suite bedroom with a king size bed, another double bedroom, and finally a third bedroom with a bunk bed and trundle bed - 3 singles - top bunk not suitable for an adult. Access to the garden through the back, we have a treehouse, slide and swings, perfect for young children. Guest access The property is a 4-bedroom home; however, one bedroom will remain locked and reserved for the our personal belongings. Guests will have full access to the rest of the house, with ample space provided for storing personal items. Any private areas, cupboards, or wardrobes will be clearly marked, and we kindly ask that these are respected. Guests can also enjoy access to the back garden via the open-plan kitchen area. Other things to note No pets, smoking or parties allowed. Maximum number of 7 guests (up to 6 adults as top bunk not suitable for an adult) + 1 infant up to 2 years using a travel cot.
