An entrance hall leads to a most attractive and tastefully furnished dining room with an open plan fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and gas dryer in the shared laundry room. There is a ground floor cloakroom. Double doors lead into the lounge where you can chill out on the comfy corner sofa while watching programmes on the 50 inch Smart TV and free WiFi.. There is a feature electric fireplace enabling you to enjoy the atmospheric glow and warmth of a real fire. The large sunny main en suite bedroom overlooking the front garden has 2 single beds which can be linked to form a 6 ft. super king-size bed. The second en suite bedroom has twin beds A cot and high chair are available upon request. The owners reside within the complex and will be happy to offer assistance throughout your stay. There is a strict no smoking or vaping policy within the property.
