Up to the 2nd Floor and you find a Double Bed with an ensuite Shower/Japanese Bath. May not be suitable if stairs are an issue. The space Ground Floor has a welcoming hall with Kingsize Bedroom and a shower room. The 1st Floor has a fully fitted Galley Kitchen and a comfortable Living/Dining Room. Up to the 2nd Floor and you find a Double Bedroom with an ensuite Shower/Japanese style Bath. The stairs may not be suitable if there are mobility issues. Guest access Guests access the property using the key safe, the code will be sent on the day of arrival. Parking at the door or the nearby harbour front, less than 50 yards away. Other things to note The village of Gourdon has a Fish and Chip Restaurant and Take-Away, a Chinese Take-Away, Harbour Bar and Restaurant and Gourline Fish for fresh fish! The nearby village of Inverbervie (1.2 miles - easy walk/car) has a Scotmid, Bakery and Post Office. In the other direction you have Johnshaven (3.8miles - coastal path/car) has The Anchor Hotel for food/drinks, local store/post office, Hidden Treasure Tearoom and The Lobster Shop!
