To the right there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom in marble with bathtub and shower. To the left side of the apartment is located a spacious and bright bedroom with a queen size double bed with two big windows over the courtyard and a wide closet. Important Information about the Property This property is available exclusively for justified temporary stays (work, studies, medical treatment, relocation, etc.), in accordance with Article 3 of Spain’s Urban Leasing Law. Availability is limited to certain periods, as the owner also uses the property for personal stays. A signed rental contract and legal security deposit are required. No hotel or tourist services are provided. Guest access All our apartments are in private buildings, which ensures less physical contact than in other types of establishments. The apartment is completely cleaned, sanitized and disinfected with hospital-grade products after each guest departure- down to the door knobs and light switches, strictly following the cleaning protocols required by local authorities. At Flat Sweet Home, the entire check-in, attendance and check-out process can be carried out in person, without physical contact, thus eliminating the risk of COVID19 infection. Other things to note RENTAL AGREEMENT: On arrival guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and fill a form with a credit card authorization for additional services (such as cleaning and airport transfers) during the stay. CLEANING: For monthly rentals a complete mandatory cleaning fee will be required and added to the monthly rental amount, that is not negotiable.
