Set in the tranquility of Pirin mountain, the property is a fully refurbished 100-year-old stone house. The space The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, and all pans and pots and an 8 seat table. The cozy living room features a comfortable sofa that can be opened as a bed so that you can enjoy movies or light afternoon naps hidden from the sun. There is also a stone fireplace in the living room. There is a large bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The second floor has 4 bedrooms a bathroom as well as a second living room. There is air-conditioning on both floors. The thick 50cm stone walls on the first floor keep perfect temperature both in the summer and in the winter. The garden is created so that you can relax under a covered seating area, watch TV, or have a BBQ. There are a number of different vines, fig-trees, and an organic garden. The water that runs through the house, comes from a fresh spring just a few km away, which makes it ideal for drinking. The swimming pool is filled with fresh spring water and we use a minimum amount of chemicals. Additionally, there is a detached studio with two single beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. All at your disposal - a spacious garden, a swimming pool, an alfresco dining area a tented terrace. There is free parking available. The house is air-conditioned. Local breakfast can be delivered for an additional charge. We require a security deposit of BGN300 cash at check in. Guest access The whole house and garden.
