(speed camera system works) - Parking on the main street of the neighborhood and on the lawn is prohibited. - Fines for guests and/or their guests are at the guest's expense. Amenities: - The gardener comes by once a week. - The pool cleaner comes by once a week. Requirements: - Criminal record certificate for one of the guests. It's a super simple process that is done online.
