Wood View

Wake up to the chorus of bird song in this cosy, rural cabin. Located on a working farm in Cheshire, nestled amidst woodland and wildlife. Adjacent to the South Cheshire Way walking route and the railway, this is an ideal location for explorers and train enthusiasts. Every convenience is catered for at Wood View, with a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, hand soaps and shower liquids, hair dryer, even books and jigsaws to compliment your stay. The space Wood View is a beautiful cabin located on the edge of a working farm (sometimes there is noise however this will be kept to a minimum when possible) & as we are in the countryside there are also local organised shoots so you may hear some banging between november & january if you are staying more than 1 night, the chaps are always friendly though and in good spirit. We are nestled amongst some gorgeous walks, leading to Mow Cop Castle, the well known South Cheshire Way and the Canal is just a short stroll down the road. Local pubs are in every direction, aswell as the Marina at Ackers crossing. Guest access guests have a fully fenced area around the cabin, including an outdoor seating area to the front of the cabin and parking directly behind the cabin, an outdoor tap and drain where you can wash footwear off and muddy paws to the side of the cabin, there are dog towels in a tub in the honesty shed. There is a wildflower area in progress in the corner which we ask guests to keep off please, we also please ask that the gates to this area are kept closed at all times. We also ask guests not to come on to the farm. Other things to note we are on spring water which feeds the shower and hand washing facilities and so there is no drinking water in the cabin, i do provide bottled water for guests to drink and use in the kettle.
